The Big Move Into Our Studio Space!

The Big Move Into Our Studio Space!

Back in May The Flair Exchange moved out of my home office space and into a commercial location. We’ve been sharing sneak peeks of the move and the new space on Instagram for a while ( have you been following along? ). Now that everything has settled in the new space, we wanted to share a full studio tour and share some behind the scenes of our day to day happenings.

Moving out of my home office has been on the table for many months. It’s a big commitment ( emotionally and financially ), so it took some time to actually make the move. The past few years have pretty much been a one woman show and it was well past time to add a little staff ( get to know them on our about page! ), something I couldn’t feasibly do inside my home. So, welcome to The Flair Exchange studio!

We hired Haeley of Design Improvised to help us with the office design and color palette. After chatting about how we wanted the space to look and function, Haeley suggested we use one of our garland kits as the basis for our design. I of course chose the Bright color way, it will forever by my favorite.

Next, we partnered with Wayfair for my workspace. They provided some complimentary furnishings for the space. As always, opinions are our own as we disclose our partnership with Wayfair.

We wanted modern, clean and functional pieces. I also knew I needed to find pieces that were pretty durable and items that could handle every day use. When I found this Diego writing table, I knew it was the perfect desk. It’s crafted with steel and tempered glass, so it’ll withstand daily use.
